— Welcome.
About me
Congratulations on taking an important step in advocating for yourself!

Welcome, I’m Willow.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate licensed in Washington and Oregon, with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy—graduating with distinction from a COAMFTE-accredited university—and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology —graduating with honors.
My clinical focus is trauma healing through EMDR and parts work. I am Level 1 trained in evidence-based Parts and Memory Therapy and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-accredited program. Currently, I’m pursuing advanced EMDR consultation toward certification—an important step that deepens my expertise in treating complex trauma safely and effectively.
This advanced training ensures that clients receive not only compassion and support, but also the highest standard of care. EMDR is a powerful tool for creating clarity around emotions that overwhelm and restoring inner balance.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been one of seeking clarity and balance in both my personal and professional life. After spending over 15 years as an educator, I realized that true healing requires not only understanding but also the ability to create space for inner clarity and emotional balance. Therapy became a path for me to help others find these same qualities in their own lives.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals reconnect with themselves, heal from trauma, and find the clarity and balance that might feel elusive after difficult life experiences. Whether you’re facing anxiety, PTSD, depression, or navigating complicated relationships, my goal is to guide you toward emotional alignment, peace, and personal empowerment.
I believe that healing happens first with ourselves, and then with others. I believe that trauma is not who we are—it’s what happened to us. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, safe, and valued just as they are. I stand firmly for equity, inclusion, and respect for all lived experiences. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and I honor the diverse ways people love, live, and heal. My practice is rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for intersectionality—acknowledging how race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, and background shape our experiences. And I believe that with curiosity, compassion, and the right support, we can reclaim the parts of ourselves that were lost along the way.
Why I’m Here:
I’m passionate about supporting you in your journey to regain clarity—the mental and emotional space needed to understand your true self and move forward. Life can become overwhelming, and trauma can cloud our perspective. Through therapy, we work together to clear the emotional fog and help you restore the inner balance that can make life feel whole again.
A Little More About Me:
I draw inspiration from nature, particularly rivers and pathways, which represent flow and direction in life. Just as a river finds its path, I help clients find their own clear way forward, free from the weight of unresolved trauma.
You are not too much. You are not too late. You are not alone.
