Mission

Healing isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about releasing survival responses held in the mind and body, creating space for calm, clarity, and peace.

There are moments in life that change us. Sometimes those moments come from betrayal, childhood experiences, overwhelming stress, loss, and/or trauma that continues to affect you. Healing isn’t about erasing those experiences. It’s about allowing your mind and body to release the survival responses that have remained connected to those memories, creating space for adaptive healing and peace.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the emotional challenges that often accompany anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, betrayal, and more. Many people find themselves out of alignment with the life they once imagined, not because they’re broken, but because they’ve been carrying too much for too long.

That weight may stem from the lasting effects of both acute and chronic trauma. Whether it’s one pivotal event or a pattern of painful experiences, trauma can affect our ability to cope, connect, and feel safe in our own skin.

I support clients in their journey toward healing, integration, and a renewed sense of self. I am an EMDR-Certified Therapist and a member of EMDRIA. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) using the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model to help clients process traumatic memories, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier beliefs about themselves and their future.

In addition to weekly therapy, I offer EMDR intensives for clients who want a more focused and immersive healing experience. Intensives allow us to spend extended time together processing trauma, strengthening regulation skills, and supporting lasting integration.

I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and am completing Level 1 training through the IFS Institute with an anticipated completion in December 2026. In addition, I have completed Level 1 training in Evidence-Based Parts and Memory Therapy, allowing me to help clients understand and work compassionately with the different “parts” of themselves that developed to survive difficult experiences. Rather than viewing symptoms as flaws, we explore how these protective parts have served a purpose and how healing can create greater balance, self-leadership, and resilience.

I provide clinical supervision for graduate-level counseling and marriage and family therapy students, helping them strengthen case conceptualization, clinical decision-making, ethical practice, and trauma-informed interventions while developing their unique therapeutic style.

My mission is to help you build a compassionate relationship with yourself—so you can release what no longer serves you and step into the life you truly want to live.
My goal is to help you move from survival mode to a space of clarity, empowerment, and aligned living.

The weight you’re carrying matters—and so does your healing. Let’s begin unpacking it together.

Find Balance. Heal Deeply. Come Home to Yourself.
